Plot twist: It's just me, Joe Draper. One guy, three screens, a light up keyboard and whole lotta AI.
I spent 5 years as a recruiter, sending out countless spec CVs and watching them disappear into the void of hiring managers' inboxes. While the traditional spec CV remains effective, the market is hypercompetitive. Talent Showcase is my solution to help you cut through the noise with a professional, branded home for your candidate pool.
No computer science degree here - I watched too much The Apprentice as a kid, and chose 'Business Management' in all my 17 year-old wisdom. I'm entirely self-taught, meaning this site & tool is entirely vibe coded by yours truly - I hope you like it.
If you notice any bugs, just know they're not bugs—they're "artisanal coding features" added by a recruiter-turned-developer.
