Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, we'll prorate the remaining days in your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What are the user limits for each plan?
Our Starter plan supports up to 10 users, Professional up to 30 users, Enterprise up to 100 users, and Enterprise+ offers unlimited users. Each user gets their own allocation of candidates and showcases.
How many candidates can I showcase?
With Starter and Professional plans, each user can showcase up to 10 candidates. Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans allow 20 or more candidates per user. You can create multiple showcases to organize candidates by role or client.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing for any of our paid plans. Annual plans also include a free branding review to help optimize your showcase presentation.
What are AI Resume Parsing Credits?
AI Resume Parsing Credits allow you to automatically extract and format candidate information from resumes. Starter plans include 500 Credits, Professional includes 2000 Credits, and Enterprise plans include 10,000 Credits. Enterprise+ offers unlimited parsing.
